In 2020, I experienced a life-changing cardiac arrest at 41, which forced me to rethink everything. That near-death moment led me on a journey of physical, mental, and emotional healing. I began paying closer attention to my health, reflecting on past mistakes, and learning how to become a better version of myself. This is ever-expanding.
Through this process, I discovered the power of self-love, gratitude, and a positive mindset (a big one that has helped my clinical depression). I learned to embrace resilience, let go of what no longer serves me, and prioritize what truly matters. These lessons have transformed my life, and now, as a life/wellness consultant, I’m passionate about passing on what I’ve learned to others.
My mission is simple: to share the insights and tools I wish I could tell my younger self to you! If you’re ready to make positive changes, overcome challenges, and live with intention, I’m here to help guide you toward a more empowered life.
Although I'm not a doctor, ever since the cardiac arrest, my journey toward recovery has been marked by diligent research into medical conditions, holistic changes in diet, supplementation, exercise, mindfulness practices, and stress reduction strategies.
I am actively writing and publishing articles online, on various websites and platforms, in an effort to reach out to anybody who is willing to listen to my messages of struggles, but more importantly of resilience and self-healing.
Recognizing and addressing negative thought patterns has proven indispensable in my journey toward better mental health. By actively identifying and consciously correcting these detrimental patterns, I've cultivated a more positive and resilient mindset, significantly contributing to my overall well-being and recovery.
